Last week I found black bird nest in my Pyracantha hedge, just next to my bonsai benches. Little guys are small, vulnerable and hungry. Thorny plants are protecting them well from the enemies. Now they are my little friends, my kids love them. But, when they grow up, they become enemy of my moss in bonsai pots. That's the circle of life.
