Larches are great trees for bonsai. They have the calm of needle trees and give a lot of joy throughout the year pretty much like deciduous ones.

The blackbirds seems to be a bit lazy at your place seeing all that nicely growing moss...
It is great pot by Lubos Škoda. I love his designs. I have only one larch but I like it. Even if it requires a lot of wiring. I have to protect moss with mesh all year round otherwise it will be destroyed in one day .
